As a parent, it's hard watching your little one struggle.
Maybe it's meltdowns that feel bigger than the moment calls for. Maybe it's a little one who seems to be bouncing off the walls, or one who's a little behind on coordination compared to their peers. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm happy to help.
What Is Sprouts?
Sprouts is my brain-based program for little ones from birth to 3 years of age, built on the Brain Blossom™ approach I've used for over 15 years. I started calling this age group's care Sprouts because that's exactly how I think about it, little ones just taking root. The name's grown into a program in its own right through the certifying body I trained with.
At this age, your little one's nervous system is doing an enormous amount of work: building coordination, wiring up focus, and learning to manage big feelings. Sprouts is gentle, hands-on care aimed at clearing anything getting in the way of that development, so your baby's or toddler's brain and body can do their job well.
Signs Your Little One Might Benefit from Sprouts
- Big emotional outbursts that feel bigger than the moment calls for
- Trouble settling, or constantly seeming "wound up"
- Coordination or balance that feels a little behind where you'd expect
- Missed or slow-to-arrive milestones
- Sensitivity to noise or textures, or a strong need for routine
- Sleep that's harder than it should be
None of this means anything is wrong with your little one. It usually just means their nervous system could use a little support while it's still laying down the patterns it'll build on for years. In practice, Sprouts means gentle, age-appropriate adjustments (nothing like an adult adjustment, ever), plus simple things you can do at home between visits.
For Kids 3 and Up, or More Involved Needs
I do see children age 3 and up too, my specialty is just Sprouts. If your child is a little older, or you're noticing something that feels bigger than typical behavior for their age, like a diagnosis such as ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder, I also offer the full Brain Blossom Programâ„¢. It combines chiropractic care, nutrition and gut support, and brain-based exercises, with progress check-ins every few months, built for those bigger needs.
